How do I delete my Winked account?

Go to Menu > Settings > Delete Account and confirm the request.

Please note: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you're just taking a break, you can simply uninstall the app without losing your account.

I lost my progress. Can it be recovered?

Winked progress is tied to your account. If you need to recover your progress, please contact our support team directly and include the following:

• Your old Nanobit ID (User ID) — from the account where your progress was saved

• Your new Nanobit ID (User ID) — from the account you are currently using

This way our team can link your old save to your new account. You can find your Nanobit ID in your Profile menu under Settings, displayed at the bottom of the screen as "User ID".

I accidentally unmatched a character. Can I match with them again?

Yes! When that character appears on the match screen again, swipe right on them. You'll be given two options: restart the chat from the beginning for free, or resume from where you left off for a diamond cost. Resuming will restore all your previous chat history and purchased media.

I bought a photo, audio, or video but can't find it. Where is it?

You can access all purchased media by going to your match's profile. There you'll find everything you've unlocked, as well as content available for purchase.
