How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled from inside the game. You need to do it through your device's app store.
- Android:
Open the Play Store > tap your profile icon (top right) > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > select the game subscription > Cancel Subscription.
- iOS:

How do I request a refund?
You can request a refund in two ways:
- Google Play (Android):
Visit https://play.google.com/store/account and request it directly;
Or send us your purchase receipt with your email and purchase ID (the code that starts with "GPA") here on Contact Us and we will request the refund to Google on your behalf.
- Apple (iOS):
Apple purchases must be requested directly with Apple at: https://support.apple.com/HT204084
To find your Apple Order ID, check the invoice email Apple sent you after the purchase. The Order ID will be listed in the Receipt section.
