How do I delete my Hollywood Story account?
Go to Menu > Settings > Delete Account and confirm the request.
Please note: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you're just taking a break, you can simply uninstall the app without losing your account.
I deleted the app and lost my progress. Can I recover it?
Yes, in most cases you can. Download the game again from the App Store or Google Play, install it, and open it while connected to a stable internet connection. The game will check for saved files on our servers and prompt you to restore your progress.
Obs. Support does not have tools to search for lost accounts.
I switched devices and lost my progress. How do I restore it?
iOS: You can restore your progress by recovering an App Store backup from your old device. Guide: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201269
Android: Connect your old game to Google Play Games, then install Google Play Games on your new device and sign in with the same Google account.
How do I cancel my Star Club membership?
Android: Open the Play Store > tap your profile icon (top right) > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > select the Hollywood Story subscription > Cancel.

I accidentally made a purchase. Can I get a refund?
To prevent this from happening again, enable password confirmation for purchases on your device.

I made a purchase but didn't receive my items. What should I do?
First, try restarting the game to see if the items appear. If they still haven't arrived, contact our support team with a screenshot of your receipt showing the product name, date, and Order ID.

How do I earn diamonds?
You can earn diamonds by:

How do I gain energy?
Energy can be gained by:

How do I get married in the game?
To get married, you first need to date someone. You can find potential partners at the Karaoke Bar in Queens, or meet new contacts by organizing a party at the Luxury Hotel in Las Vegas.
Fill the progress bar three times to get engaged, and a fourth time to receive a proposal. After that, wait 24 hours to visit the Wedding Chapel in the Vegas Hotel for the ceremony.
You need to be at least level 15 and have unlocked the "Ready for your big day?" story to get married.
How do I get divorced?
You can get divorced by giving negative answers during your daily conversation with your spouse at home. Once relationship points reach the minimum, a divorce happens automatically.
Alternatively, you can fill the love progress bar with someone else until a proposal happens. You'll be asked whether you want to divorce your current partner before remarrying.
How do I organize a movie premiere?
You can organize a premiere for any movie you've recorded. Go to the Gold Club in Manhattan, tap the empty poster space between the two doors (marked "organize"), and follow the steps.
To attend a friend's premiere, enter the Gold Club and look for the invitation posters on the right end of the hall.
How do I record a movie?
Start by going to the Agency billboard (in the trailer in Queens, or later in Manhattan) to audition. Check the skills and collectibles required, gather them, and pass the audition. Then go to the Movie Set to shoot the movie — complete all 4 scenes and publish your film.
