How do I delete my Hero Hunters account?
To delete your account, go to your Profile > Accounts > Delete, and confirm there.
This will send a request to the support team to delete it.
⚠️Please be careful: you must be logged into the account you want to delete when submitting the request. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you're just taking a break from the game, you can uninstall the app without losing your account. If you want to start fresh, you can delete and reinstall the app, which will create a new login.
How do I recover my Hero Hunters account?
To recover your account, your game must have been previously linked to a backup platform: Facebook, Google Play, iOS, or Game Center. If no backup was set up, the account may not be recoverable.
To attempt recovery:

Open the game.

Go to Profile > Accounts in the settings menu.

Check the Account List for the account you'd like to recover.

Tap Recover to reconnect to your old account.
How do I back up my Hero Hunters account?
Go to the in-game settings and link your account to Facebook, Google Play, or Game Center. This ensures your progress is saved and can be restored if needed.
I switched devices and lost my progress. Can it be recovered?
If your account was linked to Facebook, Google Play, iOS, or Game Center, you should be able to recover it. Follow the account recovery steps above.
If your account was not linked to any backup platform before switching devices, unfortunately the progress cannot be recovered.
