Account & Data Deletion
To request an account or data deletion, please email: contact@superchargemobile.app with the subject “Delete My Account” and include the email used in the app (and your social or game login ID if applicable). We process deletion requests within 45 days, subject to legal obligations (e.g., payment/anti-fraud records). If you make such a request, you may longer be able to user such app or use our Services. We may request additional information from you to authenticate that you are the owner of the account. Please note that certain records, for example those relating to payments or customer service matters, will be held for legal and accounting purposes. If you have sent content through or posted content on the Service, we may not be able to delete it.
